A passionate ambassador for her native island, Paola divides her time between New York and the beautiful coastline of Sicily. Born and raised in the historic seaside town of Castellammare del Golfo, she moved to New York at the age of 17, but her heart—and her culinary roots—never left home.
During the summer months, Paola returns to her beloved hometown to welcome guests alongside her sons. As a host, she takes immense pride in making travelers feel like family the very moment they arrive. Deeply connected to local culture, Paola loves sharing the authentic Sicilian lifestyle with visitors, from hosting local watercolor art workshops and Yoga Retreats to sharing her remarkable, traditional family recipes for pasta and classic regional dishes.
